Scripts needed, like Zombie Mod.

I searched around, and i didnt found any of scripts what could be very useful, so.
Alpha team have only Chainsaw - Bravo team have all type of guns.
Alpha team players have more lifes (e.g. 200) - Bravo team players have normal life.
Alpha team players including bots, can Run faster - Bravo team have normal speed.
So anyone?

I am working on a similar script except it works only with humans... going along slowly.
And everybody is normal speed... Would probably be better on maps w/out jet..
