Saw the trailer in the theater last night(not the one linked above), couldn't stop laughing when they started playing soft Christmas music over top of the slaughtering, followed by the text"No peace on Earth".

thy remade Predator and putt aliens with them and some City stuff....well, atleast it's gonna be better than AVP, because that one sucked balls.

Hell yes it did.

AVP the movie was a huge screw up, they managed to ruin both the Predator and Alien series' simultaneously. Predators like very warm climates, and yet there they are buggering about in the arctic looking for some egyptian, mayan, aboriginal temple or something like that (which is honestly such nonsense, wtf) .. not to mention that for some inexplicable reason their thermal vision mode was changed to red and yellow... It had such a bullsh*t plot I can't even begin to consider it a sequel to either series. They didn't do their research.

I'd agree with most of that. But so far, from what I've seen of this one, it looks like a proper movie to meld both of the universes together the way they were meant to be.

Hopefully I'm not proven wrong.
