I mean, at first glance, it is which ever direction she is spinning.

You have to pay attention for a second to watch it switch.

And yes, it does BOTH.. They just cheat and let the woman switch directions, in a way in which most people don't notice.

No hoax. This dancer is one solid color, so what happens when the legs overlap?

I took a look at the frames, and if you look at it on a smaller scale, it appears she's swinging her leg back and forth (like kicking a soccer ball).
