mod help

when i ever play the halo or quake mod, every server i join is halo or quake mod. and when i play normal server i always get normal soldat and no halo or quake mods. ?

When you use a mod, it applies only to what you see - no one else. I don't understand what your dilemma is, because it doesn't make sense...

Unless the certain server runs that mad, no. And cosidering very few servers run full mods, its unlikely.

Mods are client side, in a sense, therefore you only see the modded weapons, sounds, gosteks, etc.

If you mean modifications to weapon damage/reload time/fire rate etc, that's supposed to happen. If not...sorry, can't help ya.
