I wanted to make topic like this too but I never had a mood to collect all my ideas (I had damn lot of 'em). I think we should collect a lot of .ini ideas so they could be relased at one time so it would take MM less time if he would make it at one time.
The one I remember is the something like Javelin missile (it shoots from launcher, flies with no engine turned on for 10 meters then the engine turns on and it "dissapear" - it flies away to target.)

I added more options:
Badge, Glow, Pin, Nade to Weap
Added a Hold category
Added Grav category
added more to Bullet (Smoke, Spin, Splash, Explode, Delay)
