Then get pumping the iron.

The gym is a waste of money imo... there's plenty of heavy objects you can find at home for weights. Or get a cheap bench press for about 1/4 the cost of a yearly gym subscription.

Yes and no, eggs are a cheap source of protein. But when you drink them raw, half of the proteins are too complex for the body to absorb. Then's there's issues called salmonella etc.
He would be better off boiling, poaching or even frying them if he has a teflon pan or a squirted some rapeseed oil underneeth.

Well, since you want individual body parts: (refer back to my other post for upperbody)

When i used to play basketball, we did this exercise for our thighs, we sat on an 'invisible wall'(aka air) and you have to be able to push yourself to sit like that until you cant take it any longer.

You can also lay on your back, keep your legs straight, and lift your legs, i believe that works out your thighs and maybe abs, i dont do it though, as i have a gym to go to.

Use a couch or chair and sit in front of it, put your hands back on the seat of the chair/couch while your still sitting and push up, this works out your triceps and other muscles(which im not sure of, as i dont do this exercise much)

You could also buy some leg weights (they strap to your ankles, and are cheap) and you could use those for various leg exercises.

Basically anything will work if you can feel it burning in your muscles, experiment, but dont strain :P

All you really need to do is push ups and sit ups. Go running. Get a total Gym (i got one $1000) and it comes with a full chuck norris dvd to show you different workouts to help different parts of your body.

I got jacked shoulders and arms. Not so much my legs. I, too, am a bit overweight, but once its football season again and I'm back on the team, I'll work out at home all during the summer, mostly the reason why I don't play much in the summer, then during football we hit weight room and run the track lots. You should join football. Its only 2 and a 1/2 hours a day, unless you have a game (3) but your practice cut short.
