help with recognizing a song

fecks sake i'm going nuts
no big explanations needed just hear this out and tell me if you know the song. it's a small part of it.

i'll try converting it somehow.. altho xilisoft or imtoo dont do the job for this one for some reason.

Well man did you google the show.. dang near every song I hear on the tv I need to find has already been requested and found on yahoo answers....
