Soldat Animations
« on: December 25, 2007, 08:28:25 pm »
I am trying to edit the punching animation to a kicking animation.

I have made the animation. It is around 40 frames compared to original 20.

However im not trying to play with this over the net so dont care about sync issues.

I just want the animation i made in POA to 100% convert to soldat. So i can record it for a soldat movie

At the moment the arms can be animated but the legs dont do shit. WHY??????

Well.. Jimmy. That is the most impossible Idea ever. You cant edit the leg movements when your punching. Unless you find some magic combination. Legs/opposite of hands.

I don't know much about animations... but I think you'd be best off replacing one of the animated taunts as a kick.

Yeah, that's gotta look wonky given that a) you can punch while running and b) the knife stabbing animation uses the same one as the punch.

Actually the forward-jumping animation is sort of like a kicking animation...
