Not really. The damage of every single bullet is allready very low, which is why, combined with the bink, it's such a weak weapon as it is.

Low bink AND low damage would go perfectly along, I think.

Still doesn't change it's potential to be annoying as hell, particularly in trenchwar. The long reload offsets the potential for spray abuse, though I can imagine more than a few marksmen getting quite annoyed by minigun users. But...meh, maybe I'm just overanalyzing it.
To sum up my point: We had a multipage debate about toilet padding. (Putting TP in the water so you don't get splashed.)
And we still don't know if dead guys can keep a stiffy.

I've never seen a TW with miniguns allowed on default settings. And, even if it is annoying, you won't get points for that, will you?

Besides, any weapon has spraying potential, I reckon. I see what you're saying mate, I just don't think there's any issues that's not allready present with the other weapons.

With the mini, there is: The mini, and only the mini, has a net-glitch which causes most bullets to miss; it's like the net thinks it's kicking more than it is, causing the bullets to not hit.
