Is it good?
Yes, I also know there is a little frame skip.

I saw that, but it is such a pain to fix, I got the limp down a little, but then it caused the second frame to do it.

Hand was pixeled from me rotating it with shitpaint, fixing it would make it look worse.
I will work on the hands later, but there is a newer version up now.

I think he meant you didn't redraw the thing 'by hand' each frame using pixelart, instead choosing the just rotate them each frame.

It's not bad, although you might want to smooth out the joint connections.
