Doesnt it already exist? Or whats the difference between mute and gmute?
not 100% sure but i think mute is client side, so one client can mute another client so they don't see their messages.. would guess that server wouldn't know unless u make a OnPlayerCommand check; and gmute is for an admin to make a person not able to send messages to anybody in the server
Yeah, the /mute playernumber command is client side, it's stops little jimmy over here from bad mouthing you and spamming, But only to you, a Globalmute would work in the way that, poor stupid jimmy wouldn't be able to talk at all to any players and when he tried to talk it would only show "Muted" in his chatbox.
