Do not disable ipv6, it gains you nothing and if your ever have an ipv6-enabled Internet connection, it won't work.
Also Flab I had already deactivated ipv6 and i was wondering will it harm my computer in anyway? If so how do I reactivate it? Alright thx you guys that actually helped a lot. But one more thing I know this is alittle off topic but does ubuntu have like a disk cleanup like windows does?

I could be enabling ipv6 on the soldatforums server as soon as this summer as part of some larger testing, so you could be missing out on contributing to that. Granted it would still be accessible by ipv4, but part of the problem with ipv6 not being provided natively by ISPs is that not enough content providers and clients are using and demanding it. By making things like forums and other sites available on ipv6, it increases discussion about ipv6.Likewise, ipv6 can't proceed if people think that ipv6 slows down their computers or causes problems and therefore they turn it off. There are no negative effects of having ipv6 enabled whatsoever. The only time it can hurt you is if you have a broken ipv6 connection, but that's obvious.
that means you likely don't have the right video drivers enabled. What video card do you have?
I don't think flash uses your video card, or does it?I also noticed quite a decrease in speed in flash movies and flash games on my Ubuntu. I just think the code isn't as efficiently written for linux as it is for windows, sadly enough.
open a terminal and do "lspci" and paste the output here
