Flag Throw and other shames.

Has anyone ever seen a good flag throw in a CTF game? I certainly haven't. There were three reds running around me (A blue) in a semi-circular room on a map. One of the reds had the blue flag. They ran directly above me and threw the flag. I caught it. 
In another match, I was running with their flag and they managed to take me out. I hadn't thrown the flag (My crouch and jump are pretty far away, and I've never seen a good throw), but it shot up, up, up, way into the air and landed right on one of my team mates. That was pretty satisfying.

Anybody know the secret to a good flag throw, or have a story like this?

Well, you have to aim with your mouse where you want to throw the flag. Walking in the same irection also helps.

when i play duckhunt (here come the flame) i always throw the flag to the safezone even if im probly going to survive.

CTF Ash always has some good Flag throws.

You can pull of some really great flag throws with the prone throw. Death2 is a great example, just grab the flag, prone throw it below you and it's already halfway to your own flag.

hmm.. occasionally i go for the show-offy throw that flies right over the enemies head and into my teams hands.
