The gods of Apophysis, help me.

Currently I am using Apophysis 2.02, but I have no idea what the heck I'm doing. I don't really know how to create basic shapes with the program, or what the "Fractal Flame Algyrethym" has to do with it.

Also, I don't know how triangles in the editor panel effect the image, (specifically). So, if anyone out there uses Apophysis, share some info with me.

Just hit the random function, browse through 100 combinations until you found one you like and claim "I mades some art".

Or you can start fiddling with the triangles, a little bit at a time, to see what component affects what. That's how I learned.
