There are multiple ways of doing so. There is the hosting website: TMS for example... You can upload your map straight to the forums by, before hitting the post button, right above there is "Additional Options." Click that and you'll see what I mean... Just simply attach your map and there yea go.
There's a little more to posting up a map, but I won't go into that.
