Yeah he necro and spams, but yeah, lag can't be controlled, admins need to chill out sometimes. I'm admin on many servers, and I always see people, even admins sometimes, saying that they'll kick someone if they keep lagging.
I mean, whaddya expect them to do? Run to USA/Europe and play there so there is no lag?
Lag isn't a big deal. If you get intimidated by the laggers, just leave. Much less fuss.
Unknown, I wouldn't say don't recommend it to laggers, if I was you. I'd pm the owner about the admin, don't post about admin abuse on forums though, my recommendation is go to the server owner, then things'll happen.
