Edit: Ok, I got it at the right proportions, but getting it to 20kb is gonna be hard, and I don't have much time... sorry.
Heres the file, somebody else now has stepping stones to work from :)

No, cropped. Means you cut away the edges, not squash it into size ;)

Well look, I've done half the job... I cbf doing the other half ::)

Zip has a DivXed AVI file in it, where you can load that in Imageready, and edit away. There is a stuff up with the start of the video, but you can delete those frames when you load it.
