Remaked config icon.

I was bored and I spoted that Soldat config icon is sharp as hell so I remaked it a little so it's smoother and imo looks more "Soldatish" ;D.

All credits goes to orginall author (I don't remember who made it).

I Think it's nice work but it isn't so hard to to use a "Sponge" at GIMP and smooth it a bit. But you can try to send it MM. May he includes it to 1.5.0
