Possibly the format of the new Ipod, Did you buy it or did you just rip it off someone else?
Otherwise i've no idea why it won't play a particular song.
I thought it could of been because it was pirated or in a different format.

even if its in .mp3 format, download an mp3 converter and convert it again. sometimes its screwy, i once had a video in .mp4 format, but it wouldnt work on my psp... but it works on my iPod!
