What would you do with 1,000,000,000 dollars?

So we have a thread for a million dollars. But I don't think one million is enough. What would you do with a sum of money thousand times larger? There are not many things you couldn't buy with a billion dollars.

Personally, I would hire an army of mercenaries and conquer... Netherlands. Then I would rule the nation under the power of Nazi-Communism and prosper. I would influence the global politics and stuff. In the end I would conquer the entire world.

Also I would buy a kickass computer and house. What would you do?

Here I am, sitting, and thinking of how is this topic better than the other. How is this providing better ground for discussion, and how is this something that you couldn't have just posted in the other thread.
