Wierd... SF image resizer does a good job... too bad it also converts to PNG :(

Well, I'd use Flamingo's there, it looks pretty awesome (although I hate animated GIFs myself)

It's no use resizing pixel art. This way you make it look crappy.
Instead, crop it.
