So, i think someone maybe needs this, cause I've seen alot of "scripts used as offline" topics. Well, ima gonna tell you that THEY CAN BE USED AS OFFLINE!!
First, suprise suprise, you need
Soldat Dedicated Server.
When you have downloaded it (or you already have it) you must install it. Then you need some script you wanna use, lets say
Avarax MiracleMod (personally i like it alot).
Then you must follow
this guide.
Now you can put Ur server up and running. But how do you join it?! Well its easy. You go to soldat and join to localhost ( server ip: 127.0.0.1 and port: 23073 )
Now you have your "offline server" running. And it works, no matter do you have internet or not.
