I somewere heard (Its a trustworth sorce i know that.). That gamma particles (may be pictured as beams in situasions) whit a certain amount of energy, though not enough to get trew an thin obsticle, bounce back. from the surfice of the obsticle. Easy you think. However. If theres 1 particles hitting the surfice at the same time, or a particle whit just a inch from not getting over, It will suddenly appear on the other side of the obsticle. (Dont bother aboute the mesurement problem has nothing to do whit this)As if it had teleported. Why does it do that?(I think asking questions whats this tread is all about)

Why does it do that?(I think asking questions whats this tread is all about)Gamma rays have such high energy levels (due to the nuclear reactions required to create them) that they go through flipping everything before they run out of that energy. Gamma rays are pretty much pure energy. A gamma ray 'with a certain amount of energy' is a contradiction in itself.
and by the way mr snow gamma is not a particle it's an electromagnetic wave, so it goes through the particle(well techincally it goes around the SPACES BETWEEN particles but you know what I mean)
All I know is that only assholes don't bother with checking if the thread is actually a million years old.
Are you speaking about the famous Rutherford's Gold Foil experiment?
