In case your interested how it is going thus far...

On Friday (yesterday), we did a big lunch at work. I had Corona, a shot of tequila and I passed on the margarita while we where putting together the foosball table. (I'm such a light weight). It was broadcast online. If you people didn't have your heads in money you might of seen it. Then we all went across the street to Wall street after work. More drinking there.
They set up the 360 again, I'm gonna check out what games they have on Monday.

I am really starting to hate Ruby. I still have high hopes for Python though.

So, the job isn't fulfilling, its just a lazy place to work.

I'm just getting used to it. I'm adding my first new feature on Monday. This week has been mostly setup and getting familiar with their framework. So I cannot say I did much challenging work this week. I'm sure that will change.

Just can't let it go, 'eh?

Sounds like fun though.  Beats working with people who have sticks so far up their arses that can't even be bothered to have a drink when the week is over an done with, much less hang out or put up some foosball.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams it is
still a beautiful world.  Strive to be happy.

The joke, "How many developers does it take to build a foosball table" was tossed around a lot. It actually took about 4 of us. 1 PM, 2 Devs and 1 QA
