Here is my first ever TW map.  Started when I practiced making bunkers and got carried away and ended up making an entire map.

EnEsCe's TW servers maps were starting to get boring and repetitive, so I created something different from the others, desert wasteland themed with sandstorm weather effects.  It contains around 800 polygons and only 230 pieces of scenery, which is quite low for a TW map.

It should play very well and I took a lot of advice from this thread.

Update:

-Fixed a numerous amount of polygons bugs, runs smoothly now.
-Added additional scenery
-Adjusted polygon placement
-Added Waypoints
-Adjusted Grenade and Medic-Kit Amount (In Map Settings)

Other than that, good looking, decent layout. The middle bunker looks a little strange, but not horrible.

Other than that, good looking, decent layout. The middle bunker looks a little strange, but not horrible.

I've noticed this when I play-tested it myself, if causes problems for others, I'd be glad to make an update.  I guess I can't always connect vertices's by their edges then.

not a really special map, but nice though. those flag-bunkers are kinda weird though, you dont see the difference between the wall and the door..  the bunkers are also bigger than most tw-bunkers, but thats not much of a problem
the trenches look really nice, but the bunkers are kinda plain (like in most tw maps anyway). the layout also isnt very interesting, its just like a bigger version of GH ^^
but knowing that GH is 'the default tw map' thats not a bad thing i guess. hope to see this on ttw soon. is it wpted?

i agree. first time i spawned i got fall-damage killed by a poly in that flagbunker

Thanks for the comments and criticism everyone, I'm going to do an update to adjust the polygon placement to fix some bugs.  Waypoints will also be added.  Anything that could be changed?

imo the middle bunker its fine. maybe you could make it a little bigger even (more rooms, or colliders in it)
u should also change the height of the 1st floor in the 1st bunkers. theyre just a bit too high

- what does the name mean, if anything
- should be in ctf forum

Hmm i added waypoints very quickly just to work for ttw tho. Done in like 10 minutes. You might can use them ^^

Map had been updated.

Wasn't aware you waypointed it, so I did it on my own. 

Name originates from other TW maps, like Anoxi, I wanted something similar, so Teroya came to mind. 

I didn't intend to make it possible to access the upper level in the spawn bunkers, it's possible, just have to jump right.

Thread can be moved to the proper section if a moderator wishes to do so.

And I made the bunkers as large as they are to prevent LAW shots from killing every time and to help prevent teams from gaining too much power from them.  They already have height advantage from them, making them larger would give them too much power.

cool, but why make a floor and window in the bunker if you dont want people to be there
and i know its quite easy to get on there, but during battle it will only lead to annoyance imo
anyway i guess were gonna convert this to ttw tomorrow :)

Hmm... You have definitely made the polybugs less obvious but I still hit one in the first bunker. Its because you only moved one of them, so I'm still hitting 4 verticies which is bad.

I like your atmosphere... is very nice.

ok played it a little last night when i fixed it again for ttw.
What i noticed was that all the bunker roofs were a big hurt poly, which means if your in the bunker and jump against the ceiling it would hurt you. I don't think any other tw map ever did it like that way.

after having played this some time on the ttw pub i have to say the layout is fine, but the map is quite boring. of course its part of the theme, but that doesnt take away its boring ;) mainly only 2 colors are used, trenches look alike, bunkers look alike..
it plays well but some more scenery or colors would be nice
