It looks like a DM map more. It's too dead-endish and not really free-flowing for a team map. It's generally too jagged, I think; most of the passages are narrow shafts just asking for grenades, which is not how CTF should (normally) be.
I read the last sentence of your post; just to clarify my thoughts, a "stop" can consist of a cliff or a tunnel, not a shaft that one player can barely fit through.
