Can someone please make me an explosion for my mod?

Hey I need an explosion made for my first full mod that i am makingHere are some pics of some of the stuff I've done so far (still in need of shading):


 this is my favourite weapon I've made so far 

and my other one:


i am not really too sure what the explosion should look like but it has to fit the mod and i would like it to look a little futuristic (not a star wars explosion)  sorry if you need more instruction but i cant really figure out what it should look like.

EDIT: i also need an m79 made because mine looks like a black and white stick
this isnt as important as the explosion but i would appreciate if someone could help me here this is what i want it to look like XD http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/land/m4comp-l.jpg but i want it to have the same theme as the sniper .

yeah sorry i should of said i just want it to fit the mod because i wouldnt have a clue what the theme is...

as for the m4 i will give it a try

I'm not really sure you might have seen something similar but i made up these might of subconsciously put something familiar in

I reckon it looks like the Bosses in Thing Thing, or the Crash's mod..?  they are of similar design.

Probably but i dont see much of a resemblance anyways i might get started on the m4 ill post a pic here soon

I'm gonna kill myself... Why you make first the weapon gfx? It's easier make first of all the interface gfx and then take it as base for the other graphics

i am new to modding but i just wanted to make a gostek to start with then i wanted to change few weapons then i started doing more im just making it match the gostek

I made weapons GFX once, then it inspired me to make my interface GFX   I reckon if you are stuck with your interface gfx just do the in-games first

it needs some shading.  Also, could you please put it in normal resolution so the pics arent blurry?

In-games first. Resizing from interface gfx = really crappy in-games [think Yamo].

Interface, then just make weapons.gfx from scratch

i dont think it matters too much as long as you have something to base it on if u keep working on it itll be right.

but i do still need help with that explosion i tried not pretty
