Battle Eye Fails To Update = BANNED

For few weeks soldat worked perfectly, but then I get banned from server due -


It happnds in every server that has battle eye.
And I dont use any cheats.
And yes I dont have any back ground programs running, and I turned off my anti virus & firewall as well.
I don't get it at all.
any help that can solve my problem will be greatly apritiated =)

I turned off my anti virus & firewall as well.

Turning them off is often the worst thing you can do. Either uninstall or leave them running.
