The weakness that veteran players have found in players like me is that distance is the key, so grab a Steyr or AK, and you're ready to go. Also, spraying with a Steyr is VERY effective, since the recoil slows me down and it hurts me. That seems to be an auto's greatest advantage over the m79. So you kids need to learn not to rush so damn much and use tactics. How do I know? Rushers die 85% of the time, the 15% they learn to not rush and by the posts above mine seems like they are rushers 24/7.Still, on a tactical point of view, when a vet is paired up with the m79, even if he is against a sprayer, the m79er is in advantage. Steyr wont rush because he know that he's going to get killed, m79 could choose to not rush and basically freezes the route, or to attack and push the other guy back.So unless m79 makes a stupid mistake or reinforcement comes(which is unlikely, since 1 route will be open, and people dont do that), the route is secured and basically depending on how m79 play's his hand, he's in command of the route. You sound like you're talking about TW. To the point, since you are an AUG user, you would use it in a tactical way, would you not? In a map like Laos, going low is very fun with an m79 is fun however the length of the level is my greatest weakness. I've experienced this against xurich, a good barretter, it is so FRUSTRATING going low knowing half of the time you're going to die. - I'll finish my thought later.
