Is there a way where i can check who is connected to my internet and what they are doing, with some sort of program?

Some routers have incoming/outgoing logs + you can see who is connected. All you need is to login to the router, probably using factory default credentials, then you can just google and even update your firmware if the feature you like isn't supported by the current OS.
