it would be good can edit the time of beseark, the resistance of vestkit(the percentage of absorption of damage and the duration), the time of flamegod and predator mod, the regeneration of the medkit and more.

would be fine to create mods.

Well as far as weapons.ini goes, I dont see why we should add more stuff to it, but F12 anyway.  it might come in handy for a server script who knows :/

This'd be good for many things. One that stand out for me is time on Predator. F12.
