Using taunts to type Full-Width

Soldat may use taunts to type Half-Width now like "abcd, /\]'="

But in easten country we type Full-Width like <(￣▽ν￣)﹏(o′︿`)o(﹊。。﹊#)〒△〒(￣﹁￣)
