my first deathmatch map, plays fairly well, first try at waypointing as well, it seems to work out well.

I think you shouldn't put waypoints in overviews since they ruin it all.

Take a look over TMS to a better map presentation, rating & hosting.

how do you get rid of the waypoints, without deleting them?

Display menu-> Uncheck "Waypoints".

Same goes to Objects, polygons, texture, wireframe and more. Do you ever use wireframe?

fail....

wireframe allows you to see all polygon's edges.... i recommend you to use it, it's nice to check if your map follow a poly structure.

The map looks fairly nice. I really like the colours and textures.
