Something weird in Polyworks...
« on: November 11, 2008, 09:50:46 pm »
Hey everybody, I'm hoping someone can help me with my problem

I'm running Polyworks on Vista, and it runs fine, except for one strange glitch (which I'm sure people have had problems with in the past) and a problem with coloring my poly vertices.

First, when I go to use the "color vertices" tool, instead of a normal cursor, I get a strange white circle that blacks out anything it passes over, almost like a paint brush. It goes away when I change my tool, but it makes it so hard to see what I'm doing. Anyone know the problem I'm talking about? And if there's a possible fix for it?

And secondly, I tried ignoring the weird white circle, and my verticies coloring was working fine, but all of a sudden the coloring tool doesn't work at all. I'm not quite sure why, but it's pissing me off.

I'd really appreciate any help that could be offered. This problem is really annoying.  >:(

Disable desktop composition for soldat polyworks.exe.

Wow, that actually worked, thanks! But now, I can't color any poly vertices. It doesn't work either way. Know how to fix that?
