What's wrong with forums-lobby ?

Last 2 days either forums will be down or lobby or both of them. Now that I am posting this the lobby is down again, earlier forums were down too. Flies  ???

At this current time all i get is "connected sending message"

With the forums being down it has to do with broken dl links (flies posted about it either in "Forum help and support" or in "Please do your testing here"). As for lobby, I don't know.

which is the result of either a bug in SMF, Apache, or PHP.  I have been working constantly to try and resolve it permanently.
