You need to find a way to contact one of the admins/owners of that server. Whether it be through a PM on these forums, or through their own forums (if they have any).

So it would be a good idea for you to tell us the name of the server.
(assuming it was a server)

If you get banned from votekick, just wait. 20 minutes I think it is. It might be more.
