I highly doubt that you will EVER get 3 million members. It is more or less impossible. Also, no1 would even think or even imagine about giving a complete stranger money. More to the point, why would you need money to forge a clan? Only real reason I can see is to rent a server. But, you don't need to beg pople for money, if you would call that begging.
