Weapon selector for Mod

in varius mods (like special-operations) i have seen that people have used a program thats selects between wepons and gosteks because they have lots of really good ones.

1. does only one Modder use this
2. can someone give me one with a explanation on how to use it

I'm useing one for my mod, its a program by Ivan and is avalible to anyone. I just dont have the download link.

I would also appriciate the link (SP?) as right now i'm useing the special op one and just replaced his guns with the ones for my mod, but i would like the one you can download for anyone.
