What happened to Mecha Soldat?

You know, that legendary mod from Ivan?
I haven't found a damned thing on it since 2.3...
Some site had a result for some 2.9 version of it, but it was removed after 34 downloads.
Anyone know what's up?  Google doesn't help me.

He said that he can't find any version *since* 2.3, but as far as I know there was no new versions of this mod.
