Lobby server isn't responding

I started getting this error about 2 weeks ago, coincidentally just a bit after I registered Soldat. Basically, 80% of the time I request servers on Soldat, I either get "MSG Sent, waiting for reply" or "Connected. Waiting..." (not exactly those messages, but something like that). I'd like to know if the Lobby server has been under maintenance or something like that.
Also, I'd like to note that this isn't an issue of firewall (neither windows' nor router's) seeing as I've been playing Soldat for 4 years now and never had this problem.

There have been some issues that have impacted the forums, soldat site and others, and the lobby, but they started within the past 4 days or so, not the past 2 weeks.

If you have seen problems over the past 2 weeks, they are caused by something else, not a server issue.
