sorry for my spelling but i need a program that can scale down stuff because i just made a new gun im new to making them and i want my soldat to use it in the game not in the menu and i need to know where to get a scaling thing and what scale to do it

PS near-equivalent, 100% free.  It should handle everything you need to do for modding that paint can't

If The GIMP is a little too complicated for you, Paint.NET is also free... ;)

That's a nice pic., BTW, tho' pretty long.

I don't use any shrinking. The weapons-gfx is so small I just open up the original int. graphic in Paint, zoom to X2, then zoom the weapons-gfx version to X8 and try to recreate it while maintaining those dimensions and zoom levels. Try that :)
