Server maintenance

I will be performing server maintenance over the next few days, mainly tomorrow.  This should not impact the forums or other websites, but may impact the following:
- The lobby and lobby website
- U13/Puttynuts hosted mail accounts
- U13/Puttynuts hosted DNS
- U13/Puttynuts VPN and other networking services

Other services may be impacted, but it should be for no more than 10-15 minutes.  The four items mentioned above may be extended outages for up to a few hours.  The lobby downtime will be kept at a minimum, hopefully under 10 minutes.

During this maintenance period, will emails sent to the accounts you host be lost?

no, the way SMTP is designed the messages will be re-sent periodically while the server is unavailable.  Typically this is 4-6 hours that they retry, (or more, like 3 days), and I don't anticipate the mail server being unavailable for receiving mail for more than an hour or two

I did some work on the VPN and DNS yesterday, tonight I will be doing a lot more on the mail, DNS, and somewhat the VPN

Most of the work is done, the only thing left (I think) is to finish migrating some mail stuff.

Please report any problems with anything to me ASAP so I can address them.  There were *a lot* of huge changes made tonight.
