Can someone tell me how to make bots/with what programm/settings ???

You can use notepad

just enter the Hex values for the colours (to edit clothes color)

make sure you click "save" not "save as" when you're done creating or editing, to create a new .BOT file you need to copy and paste an existing one and edit it (as far as I know)
