what does adding so much power and speed to the barret do? maybe easy to get like a multikill with a bunch of people lined up but how does this change anything that would affect the strategy of using such a weapon?

I changed it so that you can kill people wearing bulletproof vests with one shot. And the speed increasement is just for realism.
