I'm not skilled graphic so I don't know how those files are done:


If I want to do such an effect, can I do this from this file?

You need photoshop or something like this. Use the image as transparency mask for white blank image.

I did it  with Paint Shop Pro 7. But I didn't know about masks until now.

Ha ha, dude =D. It's a paint shop pro, not ms paint. Psp is a little bit more advanced than that ms shit ; D.
