noob needs help

ok i just got polyWorks like an hour ago and i cant for the life of me figure out how to add color to the poly's and do shading ect. iv been looking around for a while and i cant find any thing =\ plz

Edit: how do u delete polygons?

Ok here is fast tutorial.

1. First select those vertex(using "SELECT VERTEX" tool ) which will be shaded.
2. Should look like this.
3. Now put some interresting You values into RGB boxes. Or You can use ready colours(usualy tones of black&white).
4. And last step is to select "POLY COLOUR" tool from toolbox and klik over selected vertex and see what happens.

Keep it in mind that choosing white colour will not colorize polys with white colour. White color is real color of textures.

Dude, use the vertex colour tool... (Default D, third down on left).

Just pick a colour and click-drag over vertexes you want to colour, also a nice trick is to set the opacity to 25% and colour to black and draw over polies to darken, use white to lighten (for tonal variation).
