[Team] Exordium Bootcamp

Greetings, Soldaters. I'd like to introduce you to a new CTF-oriented Soldat team called
Exordium Bootcamp, or
-eb-. Our goal is to help newer Soldat players by introducing them to the mainstream competitive CTF scene and offering them the opportunity to play in a clan environment with more experienced members of the CTF community. By doing so, we hope to aid newcomers not only with their skill and efficacy as players (both individually and together as a team) but also in their attitudes and deportment towards the community at large.
We are not a clan per se, as many of our members are already part of various other Soldat clans, and as such we do not require that you leave your current clan or decline opportunities to join other clans while you are with us. Consequently, it is doubtful that we will participate in many (if any) leagues or cups. However, we will actively pursue clan wars and other competitive matches as a way of accomplishing our goals as a team.
The requirements for joining are rather slim. We do not have skill requirements or ask that you have been playing for at least
X amount of time, but keep in mind that we are generally not looking for experienced or veteran players, although if you happen to fall into that category and are interested in joining to help bring new players into the clan scene, you may of course contact us. We do, however, require that all potential members connect to our IRC channel (information for which is below). Not only will this facilitate clan activities such as clan wars, but,
as has been pointed out in the past, IRC is one of the fundamentals to a successful clan, and the same holds true for any player wishing to join such clans. It would be beneficial for members to have a microphone and
Ventrilo as well, but it is not required.
The current member list can be found in our IRC channel. Leaders consist of all members of the clan
exordium, which is an actual competitive CTF clan. One should distinguish between the two. All of the leaders are active players who have been members of the Soldat community for some time (some for several years), so we do hope to be able to transform that experience into success with this project.

We're not entirely sure how successful this undertaking will be, nor do we have any precise skill level or other measurement ideas in mind for determining that success, but we do look forward to hearing from those interested. Let's see what we can accomplish.
