An Error Has Occurred!

Sometimes when I use the quick reply to post, when I click reply, it gives me that even tho I only clicked once. When I go back to the topic that I posted in or refresh, my reply is not there and I have to retype it all over again. I am not really sure on how to regenerate this bug, but this is the second time it happened and it's quite annoying when you have to retype your message.
Any ideas?
