Join a competitive clan that participates in the various Soldat leagues and you'll know what use they have.

I love being in a clan. I make close friends, I have fun, and I recognize people that I play with. It makes good for conversation, fun, and happiness! Clans are the best when you are with mature people. Plus, when in trouble, they have your back.

I agree that it depends on what people are in the clan, clans are good if they have mature players in them.
