Forum going really slow

Recently soldat forum has been loading really slowly. At first I thought it was my PC, but it's happening on my friends at the school PC's. It just takes aged to load the initial forums.soldat.pl and ages to login, though once
Logged in it's fine. Any ideas what the problem is, and am I the only one, (I'm not as I've tried it on 3 different internets). ?

It works fine for me both at home and on my school's campus.  Anyone else have input? slow? normal? fast?

Your ISP is having DNS issues which is causing the forums to load slowly for you.  Odds are your ISP is on the same or a related ISP and is having similar problems.

All normal for me too!  I've had the same problem before too, that I tried going into my URL and putting the address in..nothing happened.  Then I tried googling soldat forums, clicked it, didn't load.  Not sure how I fixed it, but it eventually went away.

Same problem as Gnoblar, all pages connect very quickly except for the first one that is loaded (say, clicking on Soldatforums' bookmark while on another site, and it takes 50 seconds but then clicking on a thread or something afterwards it loads fine.

Sorry, wasn't on for a while. It still doing it. Sometimes it says "done" and I have to refresh the page for it to appear. It keeps saying "waiting for forums.soldat.pl" I tried forums.soldat.pl but same problem.

That sounds like exactly what would happen as a result of your ISPs rDNS being broken.  The server would hang for 10-30 seconds while waiting for your ISPs DNS server to respond with the name of your IP.  Sorry to say that there is nothing I can do about this, your ISP has to fix their shit

I'm getting iinet ASAP, like two weeks. They are so much better than telstra, and far more reliable, and the call centre is in AUSTRALIA, which is so much handier as I can hear what they're saying. Also, I can get ADSl2+ now,
it's not actually true ADSL2+ but it is ADSL1 revamped (Sped up) as I am running off a RIM system).
Hopefully when I get iinet I'll be fine...
